What can MERGADO Drive help you with?
Connecting MERGADO for editing supplier data
MERGADO Drive allows MERGADO to download data from any FTP space or prepare its own. You may upload XML and CSV files to MERGADO that do not have their own permanent URL.
Uploading data to FTP
You can create your own FTP space for the supplier of your goods, pass on access, and the supplier can regularly upload files to you via the FTP protocol.
Downloading data from FTP
The supplier already has its FTP space and has created accesses for you. After setting up the accesses, the MERGADO Drive app downloads the data from the supplier and issues a permanent URL for further use in MERGADO.
Availability of product data
MERGADO Drive checks every hour that the supplier feeds are up-to-date and saves them. In the event of a product failure on the supplier's side or the FTP, you still have a data backup in MERGADO Drive.
App rights
In order to work properly, the MERGADO Drive app needs the following rights:
- Reading of user's online stores
- Reading user's data
- Reading user messages
- Sending messages to users
