• Client management – Contact persons, billing information, custom fields (e.g. links to profiles, accesses, checklists).
• Client projects – Each client can have multiple projects (e.g. various online stores), to which tasks, budgets, responsible persons and custom fields can be added.
• Tasks and templates – Entering tasks with a deadline, estimated workload, responsible team member and connection to the project. Possibility of checklists and creating task templates.
• Agency dashboard – Overall overview of employee utilization, volume of work, sales and distribution of services. Suitable for management and strategic management.
• Filtering and Quality Control – Easily find incomplete projects, inactive clients, or tasks without a deadline.
• Team Collaboration – Each team member has their own access. They can be invited directly from the app and permissions can be shared.
